In 2016, I teamed up with Michael Kors to develop KorsConcierge, an iPad app that enables stores associates through training content, communication tools, and a powerful sales tracking dashboard. KorsConcierge facilitates styling advice between the associate and their clients by putting together virtual outfits, making it easy to purchase - or save for later purchase online - without ever taking an item from the shelf. As the Senior Art Director, I collaborated closely with our UX Lead to quickly sketch, prototype and test iterations of the product in stores to ensure sales associates needs were being heard.
