After the success of the mobile optimization engagement, I continued working with New York & Company to develop internet-connected kiosks, which allow shoppers to buy online while they are in store. The in-store touch screen integrated with a barcode scanner, credit card terminal and the store’s POS system and aimed to drive more in-store customers to the website by showing online and in-store products.
